A significant agreement has enabled Carlos V Education to join Grupo Aspasia, one of Spain’s leading education groups, marking the beginning of a new chapter for both organisations within the training and international education sector.

This integration will allow Carlos V Education to continue developing its project after more than ten years of experience in language teaching, educational services and language tourism.

Today, it has centres in Seville, Madrid, Málaga and Valencia, from which it develops language and cultural integration programmes for students and professionals from different countries.

A New Chapter for Carlos V Education

The integration will bring together the experience and resources of both organisations, while Carlos V Education will retain its identity and educational model.

Its main areas of activity include language immersion programmes, academic Spanish courses, teacher training, Erasmus+ projects and foreign language courses. In addition, all its centres are accredited by the Instituto Cervantes.

Carlos V Education’s Commercial Director, Juan Antonio Bardón, highlighted that “this agreement represents a key opportunity to continue growing without giving up our identity. At Grupo Aspasia, we have found a partner that understands our project, respects the way we work, and provides us with the resources and structure we need to take the next step.”

Two Educational Projects Coming Together

Grupo Aspasia operates in vocational education and training, employment training, competitive examination preparation and corporate training. It has more than 70 centres and 120,000 students per year.

For Juan Antonio Sánchez Corchero, President of Grupo Aspasia, the integration represents an important step in the group’s growth strategy. It not only adds Carlos V Education’s extensive experience in the language sector, but also brings a distinctive educational model based on experience and a genuine connection with the cultural and professional environment.

The Student at the Centre

One of the key points shared by both organisations is their commitment to education centred around the student experience.

Carlos V Education’s model combines language learning with personalised support, guidance and cultural immersion, enabling students to learn not only in the classroom but also through their surroundings and the experiences they have during their stay.

New Projects and Destinations

Carlos V Education and Grupo Aspasia are already working on new projects to continue their growth. Their goals include adding new destinations and schools in Spain and strengthening their network of partners and agencies.

As part of this new chapter, Fernando Aguilar, Operations Director at Grupo Aspasia, will join Carlos V Education’s Advisory Board, while Juan Antonio Bardón will continue to lead the company as Executive Director.

A new chapter begins as Carlos V Education continues to grow, expand its destinations and take its unique experience further than ever.
