Contest: My #CarlosVSummer Story!

REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE
- Follow @carlosveducation on Instagram.
- Share a story with a photo or video of your experience, mentioning @carlosveducation.
- Use the hashtag #CarlosVSummer.
Very important: the photo/video must be shared publicly. If you have a private profile, you will need to send a screenshot of your post via direct message to @carlosveducation.
Dates to participate: from the day of arrival until two days before your departure. The prize will be awarded at your group’s farewell activity.
PRIZE
The winner will receive an exclusive merchandising package, allowing them to take home a beautiful souvenir that celebrates their participation and passion for photography.
CONTEST RULES
- OBJECT: These rules (hereinafter “the Rules”) regulate the conditions for participating in the contest named “My #CarlosVSummer Story” (hereinafter “the Contest”) organized by Escuela de Idiomas Carlos V S.L. with registered office at Avda. República Argentina 27 B (1st Floor, Module B); 41011 Sevilla with CIF B 90154055. The organizer reserves the right to modify the Rules for technical, organizational, or commercial reasons, committing to publish any modifications alongside the present Rules, and to communicate such changes through its own channels.
- PARTICIPANTS: The Contest is open only to students of the summer courses ‘Immersion Programs’ organized by Carlos V Education. The PARTICIPATION MECHANISM is detailed in point 5.
- TERM: Participation in the Contest will open on the arrival day of the students at their program destination (Seville, Malaga, or Madrid) and close two days before their departure at 11:59 PM. Any action taken outside this period will be excluded from the Contest even if it meets all other participation requirements.
- MEDIA: Participation in the Contest will be done by mentioning the Instagram account @carlosveducation. To be eligible for the prize, the PARTICIPATION MECHANISM detailed in point 5 must be followed. The Contest result will be announced in person during the farewell activity of the student group.
- PARTICIPATION MECHANISM: During the Contest period, participants (hereinafter “Participants”) must:
– Follow @carlosveducation on Instagram.
– Share a story with a photo or video of their experience, mentioning @carlosveducation and using the hashtag #CarlosVSummer.

- PRIZE: The winner will receive an exclusive merchandising package.
- SELECTION CRITERIA: All students who upload a photo or video meeting the above conditions will enter a draw. The winner will be randomly selected from all participants.
- PRIZE DELIVERY: Contest prizes will be awarded during the group farewell activity. In no case can the Winner request the exchange of the Prize for any other product or service from the organization. Any claim regarding the Contest results must be made within fifteen days following the award through the email address info@carlosveducation.com.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND IMAGE RIGHTS: Participants in the Contest, by simply participating, authorize the Organizer to reproduce, by itself or through third parties, their name and surname, as well as the photo or video shared. This authorization is given free of charge, so no compensation will be due to Participants.
- CONTEST DISSEMINATION: The Organizer may publish an audiovisual piece on its social networks including images of the winner after the Prize delivery.
- DATA PROTECTION: Participants in the Contest agree to the inclusion of the data they have sent into a database owned by the Organizer for the management of the Contest, as well as for the sending of commercial communications from the Organizer and/or associated companies. Participants expressly authorize Carlos V Education to use such data for statistical and commercial purposes, authorizing its inclusion in a database managed by Carlos V Education. Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition, as established in GDPR or Regulation (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC General Data Protection Regulation. Carlos V Education users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion or forgetting, opposition, limitation, and portability at any time by emailing info@carlosveducation.com with the subject GDPR.
- ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS APPLICABLE TO THE CONTEST: Participants in the Contest, by simply participating, expressly and without reservation accept the Contest Rules, the Organizer’s privacy policy, and the website’s terms of use, the latter two available on the website www.carlosveducation.com. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any breaches or infractions of any kind related to this Contest and is exempt from any liability in case of loss suffered by Participants concerning the prizes and other aspects of the Contest.
- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION: Participation in the Contest is governed by these Rules, which will be interpreted and applied in accordance with Spanish law. Participants, waiving their jurisdiction, submit to the courts and tribunals of Seville city.
