Availability of items.

All orders will be subject to the availability of products in our warehouse, in the event that any of them cannot be supplied because there is no stock or for any other reason.

Prices and method of payment.

The prices indicated on the website are expressed in euros (VAT included).

Payment will be made at the time of collection of the product and will only be possible by credit or debit card.

Collection of orders.
We do not ship, so all orders must be picked up at one of our schools. You must specify which of our schools you will collect your product from at the time of purchase:

• Escuela Carlos V Sevilla (Av. de la República Argentina, 27B, 1st floor, 41011 Sevilla).
• Escuela Carlos V Málaga (Av. de Andalucía, 27, 1ª Planta, Cruz de Humilladero, 29006 Málaga)
• Escuela Carlos V Madrid (C. del Pez Austral, 2, Retiro, 28007 Madrid)

You will have a period of 5 working days to collect and pay for your product. If this period fails, the sale of the product will be considered as cancelled and it will be returned to the available stock.

Exchanges, returns and right of withdrawal.

If you wish to exchange your order for another size or product, you have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.

The purchased product may be exchanged for another identical product of a different size or a different product of the same amount. If the product is out of stock, you will be reimbursed the amount of the product through the same payment method used at the time of purchase and within a maximum period of 15 working days from the exchange request.

If you wish to exchange several products from the same order, this must be done at the same time, in the same transaction. The same order cannot be exchanged more than twice.

For changes or returns the product must be:

• In perfect condition
• Without having been used
• In the original packaging.

Returns must be processed within 15 calendar days of receipt of the product and proof of purchase must be presented.  You will be refunded the amount of the product through the same payment method used at the time of purchase and within a maximum period of 15 working days from the return request.

Cancellations.

Orders may not be cancelled or modified by the customer once they have been processed. An order is considered cancelled if it has not been collected and/or paid for after 5 working days.

Events beyond our control

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations under a contract which is caused by events beyond our reasonable control by reason of force majeure.

Force majeure shall include any act, event, default, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and shall include in particular, without limitation, the following situations:

• Strikes, lockouts or other industrial action.
• Strike, failure or accidents in maritime or river transport, postal or any other type of transport.
• Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat, war (whether declared or not) or threats or preparations for war.
• Fire, explosion, storm, flood, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster.
• Inability to use trains, ships, airplanes, motor transport or other means of transportation, public or private.
• Impossibility of using public or private telecommunications systems.
• Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of other governments.

   

Our obligation to perform under any contract shall be deemed to be suspended for the period during which the force majeure continues and we shall have an extension of time to perform our obligation for the duration of such period. We will use all reasonable means within our power to find a solution whereby we can fulfill our obligations under the contract despite the force majeure.

Acceptance of the conditions of purchase

By making a purchase on this website, the buyer must read and accept our terms and conditions of purchase. By proceeding with the purchase, the “Terms and Conditions” and the “Privacy Policy” are presumed to be accepted.
