Erasmus+ projects

• A vocational education and training student from Oldenburg (Germany), belonging to BBS Haarentor, completed her work placement mobility under the Erasmus+ programme, managed by Carlos V Education, in Seville, Spain.

Programme Details

• Group: Composed of student Jarla Baumann (Group No. 13746).
• Mobility Period: From 6 July 2026 to 31 July 2026.
• Sending Organisation: BBS Haarentor (Oldenburg, Germany).
• Specialisation: Vocational training in Business Administration and Management (Apprenticeship as an Office Administration Clerk).
• Programme Structure: The stay included a professional work placement in a company within the sector, adapted to her administrative, commercial and customer service profile.

Accommodation and Management

The mobility was coordinated by Carlos V Education as an intermediary organisation, which was responsible for local management in Seville.

Sectors and Host Companies

The work placement was carried out at Hogarium Rentals, a company operating in the accommodation management and tourist rental sector:

• Tourism Administration and Management: Performance of general administrative tasks, use of digital booking platforms (Airbnb and Booking), guest reception and check-in procedures with guest registration, inventory control and direct customer service.

Skills Development

The mobility allowed the student to strengthen various key areas defined in her learning agreement:

• Professional Skills: Performance of office administrative tasks, operational management through digital tourism platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com), guest reception and registration (check-in), inventory control and monitoring, and ongoing customer service.
• Language Skills: Consolidation and practical use of Spanish in a real working environment, together with the use of English for communication with international customers.
• Transversal Skills: Strict punctuality and attendance, a high level of responsibility in carrying out tasks, organisational skills, digital skills, adaptability to the Spanish professional environment, and excellent collaboration and teamwork with company staff.
