Erasmus+ projects

A vocational education and training student from Kiel (Germany), belonging to Wirtschaftsakademie Schleswig-Holstein, completed her work placement mobility under the Erasmus+ programme, managed by Carlos V Education, in Seville, Spain.

Programme Details

• Group: Comprising the student Ezgi Dorbar (Group No. 13623 WAK).
• Mobility Period: From 19 July 2026 to 8 August 2026 (with the work placement period from 20 July to 7 August 2026).
• Sending Organisation: Wirtschaftsakademie Schleswig-Holstein (Kiel, Germany).
• Specialisation: Vocational education and training in Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management (Kauffrau für Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement / Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management).
• Programme Structure: The stay included a 3-week professional work placement in a company in the sector, adapted to her administrative, accounting and commercial profile.

Accommodation and Management

The mobility was coordinated by Carlos V Education as the intermediary organisation, responsible for local management in Seville.

Sectors and Host Companies

The work placement took place at Hestia Property Management S.L., focusing on administration, property management and financial services:

• Administration, Accounting and Commercial Management: Carrying out tasks involving the reclassification of employee documentation from the different companies within the group, organisation and classification of invoices, accounting support, staff monitoring, and the follow-up and processing of administrative and commercial operations.

Skills Development

The mobility enabled the student to strengthen various key areas defined in her learning agreement:

• Professional Skills: Application of employment and accounting document management techniques, classification of group invoices, employee monitoring, use of the company’s software programmes and operating systems, and administrative support in sales and commercial intermediation.
• Language Skills: Practice and consolidation of Spanish in the workplace and everyday environment, together with the use of English in professional and international contexts.
• Transversal Skills: Teamwork, task organisation and planning skills, communication with clients and company staff, adaptability to the Spanish professional environment, and development of intercultural skills and independence.
