A group of 4 vocational training students from Germany, belonging to the mobility programme coordinated by Kultur Life, completed their professional internships under the Erasmus+ programme in Málaga, Spain, under the management of Carlos V Education.
Programme Details
Group: Composed of 4 students: Fabio Claußen Maestro, Leoni Céline Dohrn, Paul Büch and Antonio Ungureanu.
Period of the Mobility: From Apr 12 or 13, 2026 to May 08 or 09, 2026, with an approximate duration of 27 days.
Sending Organisation: Kultur Life (Germany).
Specialisation: The students have an academic background with a focus on economics and administration (Management Assistant in Business Administration).
Programme Structure: Professional internships with a standard working schedule of 25 hours per week.
Accommodation and Management
The mobility was coordinated by Carlos V Education in Málaga, being responsible for tutoring and local management. The students stayed with host families and in shared apartments, under strict rules of coexistence and attendance.
Sectors and Host Companies
The internships took place in companies from the retail sector and non-profit organisations:
Retail: Comic Stores SOHO, where the students carried out customer service tasks.
Administration and Services: Fundación Madre Coraje, focused on administrative and operational management.
Skills Development
The stay enabled the students to strengthen key areas for their future professional careers:
Professional Skills: Communication with customers and colleagues, teamwork, time management, document organisation, basic accounting and the use of office software tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Linguistic Skills: Improvement of communication skills in Spanish and English in a real working environment.
Transversal Skills: Promotion of personal autonomy, cultural adaptability, responsibility in assigned tasks and punctuality.
