Erasmus+ projects

• Two vocational education and training students from Cologne (Germany), belonging to the Werner-von-Siemens Schule, completed their work placement mobility under the Erasmus+ programme, managed by Carlos V Education, in Madrid, Spain.

Programme Details

• Group: Composed of students Maks Khalaf and Klevis Marku.
• Mobility Period: From 27 June 2026 to 25 July 2026 (29 days).
• Sending Organisation: Werner-von-Siemens Schule (Cologne, Germany).
• Specialisation: The students are enrolled in the vocational education and training programme in Electrical Engineering / Electrotechnics.
• Programme Structure: The stay included professional work placements in companies within the sector, adapted to their technical profiles.

Accommodation and Management

The mobility was coordinated by Carlos V Education as an intermediary organisation, which was responsible for local management in Madrid.

Sectors and Host Companies

The work placements were carried out in companies operating in the technology and electrical installation sectors:

• IT and Electronics: Companies specialising in electrical installations, assembly and technical maintenance (interpretation of electrical diagrams, cable routing, component installation and verification of electrical parameters).

Skills Development

The mobility allowed the students to strengthen various key areas defined in their learning agreements:

• Professional Skills: Reading and interpretation of circuit diagrams and plans, assembly of simple electrical installations (series and parallel), installation of power outlets, switches, lighting fixtures and fuses, cable routing and connection, measurements using a multimeter, and strict application of electrical safety regulations (checking for the absence of voltage).
• Language Skills: Improvement and consolidation of communication and interaction skills in Spanish and English in a real technical working environment.
• Transversal Skills: Development of personal autonomy, adaptability to an international environment, teamwork, technical problem-solving, responsibility and punctuality.
