A group of 6 vocational training students from Belgium, belonging to the Institut Jean Jaurès (Charleroi), completed their internship mobility under the Erasmus+ programme, managed by Carlos V Education, with destination Seville, Spain.

Programme Details

Group: Composed of 6 students: Felixe Agbegnike, Ali Aoulad, Nisrine Benabou, Mehdy Galle, Camille Lachat and Ines Nouach.

Period of the Mobility: From Mar 26, 2026 to Apr 25, 2026 (31 days).

Sending Organisation: Institut Jean Jaurès (Charleroi, Belgium).

Specialisation: The students belong to the vocational training programme of Office Technician (Technicien de bureau).

Programme Structure: The stay included professional internships with a working day of approximately 5 to 6 hours daily.

Accommodation and Management

The mobility was coordinated by Carlos V Education as an intermediary organisation, being responsible for local management in Seville. The group was accompanied by the teachers Virginie Roman (from Mar 26 to Apr 12) and Julien Autenne (from Apr 07 to Apr 28).

Sectors and Host Companies

The internships took place in companies from the tourism, services and accommodation sectors:

Hospitality and Accommodation: TOC Hostel, Halo Boutique Hotel, Hotel Casa 1800, Hotel Elvira Plaza and Xior.

Services and Others: HUBR Student Housing and COMES.

Skills Development

The mobility made it possible to strengthen various key areas defined in their learning agreements:

Professional Skills: Document and invoicing management, database maintenance, event coordination in hotels, use of Microsoft Office tools, general administrative tasks (filing, scanning, photocopying) and social media management.

Linguistic Skills: Improvement of communication skills in Spanish through daily interaction and participation in language activities aimed at overcoming the language barrier in the workplace.

Transversal Skills: Promotion of personal autonomy, adaptability to the professional environment, punctuality, responsibility in assigned tasks and the ability to work in a team within an international context.
