Erasmus+ projects

A group of eight vocational training students from Germany, belonging to the Handwerkskammer Dortmund (Dortmund Chamber of Crafts), completed their mobility traineeship under the Erasmus+ program, managed by Carlos V Education, with their destination being Málaga, Spain.

Program Details

• Group: 10992, composed of 8 students.
• Mobility Period: From March 2 to March 20, 2026 (3 weeks).
• Sending Organization: sequa gGmbH.
• Specialty: The group consisted of students specializing in Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic (Anlagenmechaniker SHK).
• Program Structure: The three-week stay included a period of professional traineeship and sessions organized by Carlos V Education, such as the Welcome Session (02.03.2026) and the Farewell Session (20.03.2026), where certificates were awarded.

Accommodation in Málaga

The students stayed in shared houses managed by Idiomas Carlos V S.L. at two locations:

• C/ Duque de Rivas Nº42, 29013 Málaga: Daniel Gelver and David Bergen.
• C/ Benjamín Palencia Nº6, 29013 Málaga: Chakib-Omar Makhlouf, Asan Neziraj, Justus Peter Gerhard Monreal, Mel Leon Nühlen, Marcel Josko, and Valentin Henckel.

The traineeships were carried out in the Installation and Maintenance of Climate Control and Heating Systems sector, allowing students to apply their specific knowledge in a real professional context:

Competence Development

The work immersion, complemented by the mobility context, significantly strengthened the following competencies:

• Professional Competencies: Maintenance of operating resources and maintenance work (including cleaning, machinery installation, and component inspection); identification, logging, and rectification of faults and malfunctions.
• Linguistic Competencies: Expansion of skills in the local language (Spanish) and English through daily communication and technical vocabulary.
• Transversal Competencies: Development of autonomy, responsibility, ability to cooperate with company staff, and social and intercultural skills, facilitating their orientation in the host country.
