A group of 11 French students from the Lycée La Salle Saint-Charles, managed under the Erasmus+ program with Carlos V Education, completed their practical mobility in Málaga from February 2 to February 20, 2026.
Their traineeships were primarily carried out in the Trade/Retail, Administration, Tourism, and Social Services (NGO/Retail) sectors. The specializations focused on:
- Trade and Sales: For students assigned to companies such as Adidas Store Málaga, Raza I – Tiendas del Mundo, and Govez Imprenta Papelería.
- Reception, Hosting, and Operational Management: For students assigned to companies such as Apart Málaga and CUDECA ONG, with a mixed profile that included administrative, logistics, and public service tasks.
Specific functions included:
- Trade and Sales: Application of sales techniques, customer advice, stock management, store organization, and cashier duties.
- Reception and Hosting (Tourism): Customer attention and assistance (guests), daily cleaning, breakfast service, and social media management (in the context of Apart Málaga).
- Administration/NGO: Reception and classification of donations, store organization, and basic administration and retail tasks (in the context of CUDECA ONG).
This experience allowed the students to apply their technical knowledge in a real and diverse work environment. Furthermore, the immersion in an international setting provided them with a valuable platform for comprehensive development, significantly strengthening their skills in autonomy, learning capacity, and professional communication, with the Spanish language as a prominent area of reinforcement.
