Erasmus+ projects

A group of Finnish students from SATAKUNNAN KOULUTUSKUNTAYHTYMA (Sataedu) completed their internship mobility in Seville from January 11, 2026, to February 8, 2026, in the Hospitality and Catering sector. Their specializations focused on Preparing À La Carte Dishes (Josefina Kataja) and Working as a Top Expert (Petra Haavisto). This translated into professional tasks at the company Atávico Gastronomía Ancestral, allowing the students to apply their knowledge in a real and diverse work environment that included production, service, and quality management functions.

Furthermore, the immersion in an international environment provided them with a valuable platform for comprehensive development. By taking on the responsibility of living and working in Seville, they significantly strengthened their competencies in autonomy, learning ability, and communication, successfully overcoming the challenges inherent in collaborating in a multicultural team.
