Erasmus+ projects

A German student completed an internship in Málaga from November 2, 2025, to December 20, 2025, in the Travel and Tourism sector, specializing in administrative skills development, customer service, and language proficiency within the tourism industry.

During their stay, they gained professional experience in a company within the sector, developing competencies in:

• Administrative and office management (efficient document handling, use of tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

• Customer service and professional communication (working as a receptionist, communicating with clients in typical situations).

• Social and organizational skills (teamwork, methodical approach, reliability, and tolerance).

• Language proficiency (improving language skills, especially in English).

Moreover, the internship allowed personal and professional growth by living and working independently in a foreign country and understanding the operational processes of a tourism company compared to their experience in Germany.
