Erasmus+ projects

A group of 10 vocational training students from Germany, belonging to Elly-Heuss-Knapp-Schule (Bühl), completed their Erasmus+ internship mobility, managed by Carlos V Education, in Málaga, Spain.

Program Details

• Group: 7574, consisting of 10 students.
• Mobility Period: From Mar 01, 2026, to Mar 28, 2026 (28 days).
• Sending Organization: Elly-Heuss-Knapp-Schule (Bühl, Germany).
• Specialization: Students belong to the state-recognized vocational training program for early childhood educators.
• Program Structure: The stay included professional internships with a standard of 25 hours per week, a welcome session on Mar 02, 2026, and company follow-up visits on Mar 05 and Mar 06, 2026.

Accommodation in Málaga

Students stayed in shared apartments to foster coexistence and autonomy, following strict rules of cleanliness and respect in common areas. Examples of locations include:

• C/ Edward Elgar 4: Accommodation for 2 students.
• Plaza de El Fuerte 24: Accommodation distributed in two rooms for 3 students.
• Plaza Nuestra Señora del Carmen 8: Accommodation distributed in three rooms for 5 students.

Sectors and Host Companies

Internships were fully conducted in the Early Childhood Education sector:

• Childcare Centers: CEI Duendecillos El Platero, CEI Osito Carlos, Escuela Infantil Reina, Escuela Infantil Santa Paula, and Escuela Infantil Travesuras.

Competency Development

The mobility allowed the strengthening of key areas for their professional future:

• Professional Competencies: Application of childcare techniques (hygiene, feeding, daily routines) and active participation in planning pedagogical activities and games for children aged 0 to 3 years.
• Language Competencies: Improvement of communication skills in Spanish and English through daily interaction with children, families, and tutors, using technical terminology of the sector.
• Transversal Competencies: Promotion of teamwork, responsibility in safe and hygienic environments, empathy, and cultural adaptability in an international work context.
