COMPLAINTS CHANNEL

The Complaints Channel is the mechanism that Carlos V makes available to all students, employees, managers, and third parties related to them so that they can communicate any information related to the Law on Comprehensive Protection of Children and Adolescents against Violence (LOPIVI).

The channel is accessible 24/7 via the web form. Reports can be made anonymously, if desired, or contact details can be included if preferred. The information collected in the report will be treated securely and confidentially.

The Compliance Department processes the reports received diligently and promptly, promoting their verification and driving measures for their resolution, in accordance with the internal procedures established in the Protocol for Action against Violence and Comprehensive Protection of Children and Adolescents.
